The explain Excessive sweating problem

Hyperhidrosis or excessive sweating may embarrass you. Palms of the hands and soles of the feet are problems we need to get rid of it. Sweating may affect on your social life and give a bad impression to your friends. So we need an explain for this problem. 

There are two glands that produce sweat, they are apocrine and eccrine. Apocrine gland removes salts from body and eccrine gland produces liquid and removes bacteria from our body but these bacteria decompose may cause bad smell which most people use deodorants to remove this bad smell caused by bacteria. The best time to use deodorants is before bed-time. 

But what does a deodorant make to prevent bad smell? 

Deodorants contain antiseptics and perfume but antiseptics have chemical substances which prevent eccrine glands from producing sweat. The chemicals are Aluminum chloride. But if deodorants have so much Aluminum chloride then doesn’t use it. The amount of Aluminum chloride mustn't exceed 20%. Also some companies use alcohol as well because it reduce the over limit sweat. 

Excessive sweating problem have many surgical solutions like cutting the nerves which controls sweating. Or you can go for a session and the doctor will give you a mild electric current to stop glands from producing sweat but all these solutions have side effects like dryness. You will see that your mouth is dry and these side effects are undesirable. But the best solution is the surgical as you will control the amount of sweat. 

You can make your own homemade natural deodorant but the result will take a time. The excess sweating problem will be resolved without a treatment because it is a temporary problem
